These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website dijito.one, our mobile application (“Dijito One – Make GREAT Events”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our Services.
1. Eligibility and Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the Services or violate these Terms.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Event Participation and Content
Our Services facilitate event management, networking, and engagement between organizers, attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors.
Interactions within events are your responsibility; we are not liable for agreements or communications between participants.
Event organizers may have additional rules or policies you must follow.
4. Payments and Fees
Certain features or events may require payment (e.g., tickets, premium features).
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; we do not store payment card details.
Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
